The hotel rooms are of very high standard with all the necessary amenities, extra clean, perfect for freshening up before heading out, but got very cold at night. The service was very friendly and accommodating, although there was an instance of forgetting about our order. The location is in a convenient neighborhood with easy access to public transport and great dining options. The dining experience offers a good selection but may not be ideal for vegans. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, offering a great overall experience.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms were some of the best I've ever enjoyed in Europe, with a balcony overlooking Steinplatz. They were lovely, comfortable, uniquely furnished, and offered some of my favorite amenities. The service was top-notch, with staff going out of their way to assist, making me feel like I was in a first-class hotel. The location was ideal for me, close to public transport and in a quiet neighborhood, making it one of my favorite stays. The dining experience was excellent, though not as good as some competition nearby. Overall, a brilliant choice for anyone visiting Berlin.
